So i put my bot in Quest mode 50-60 HW
Hit quest options and turn on all the CAN FLY? but it tends to want to do other quest that i cannot complete because i cant fly yet. 
Quest REARMED i cannot do because i can't fly to location in Dravanian hinterlands. So was wondering if there's a way to turn of the quest part and just have it do the CAN FLY? parts

I'll add a flight condition to that quest (I forgot) but you sure are dragging the whole no flying thing on. You've already done the 3.0 story chain.
