Honestly, wikis are great for developer documentation, but they suck for end-user documentation.
People are naturally going to look to the forums for guides and tutorials. Always have, always will.

You can try to force users into using your path for things, but as long as there's a guides/tutorials forum, people will prefer it to a wiki.

start getting use to using the wiki, because thats where everything is going to be documented. Everything is moved to the wiki.
