Keeping swiftcast up will affect client-side animations which has minor benefits. Any similar buffs (hysteria, bind, weight) will also 'work'. Anything that changes any stats should not be expected to work.

swiftcast is client side only which has no benefit. It only removes the animation, the damage how ever still doesnt go into effect untill your normal cast time would have finished. there was absolutly no dps gain with perma swiftcast on.
