I see the LB enabled in the profiles but I never see them used. Is it because conditions aren't met? Or do I have to add them to the filter? I'm a bit confused. I hope someone can explain this to me please. Thank you in advance.

Some are only enabked for certain bosses.

You woukd need to check what conditions are made for those skills
