    Title says it all.
    It's now for Aether Currents, but would be great for ANY NPC/location really.

    I tried to use Excel, Wolfram, but could not figure out the magic number or formula.

    I don't think there is any one thing for conversion, i think even the squares on the maps are different "physical" sizes in different zones.

    Best you might be able to do, is work out formula on a zone-by-zone basis.

    But yeah, Dev Tools is your friend either way.

    @Spikermatic: I tried using Wolfram, Excel and whatnot, but I could not work out the magic formula.
