After turning in the quest that unlocked Haukke the next quest starts in the Waking Sands @ Minfilia. This is where this file starts. I use the "Use Aetherytes" option so I am not sure if this works without.
For quest 516 which is right after you start the file in waking sands my mesh for lower limsa was/is messed up and I had to manually start the quest and skip the step till it has to interact in Lower La Noscea. This may be different for you if your mesh properly extends into the grand company area in Limsa.
On quest 819 you are to kill an adamantoise spawned at a destination. This spawned adamantoise shares the same ID as the mobs around and I have not found a way to stop the bot from continuously slaughtering all the other adamantoises around even with this set:

["killcount"] = 1;
