WAR profile doesn't use Fell cleave, it's normal?

Well. Nope, but what conditions?
Profile don't use Fell Cleave if Berserk or\and Internal Release are UP.
There are 4 possible scenarios:
1) Fell Cleave with Berserk+IR buff
2) Fell Cleave with Berserk while IR on big CD
2) Fell Cleave with IR while Berserk on big CD
3) Fell Cleave without IR and Berserk if they are on big CD
+
Profile use Berserk if you have 4 stacks of Abandon.

So when does MNK profileuse Tornado Kick? its enabled however I have never seen the bot use it

Profile use it only when PB is ready to avoid GL3 buff drop. Tornado kick very situative skill for now. Use it manualy if you know that you lost GL3 for sure cause boss jump or something like that.

Good point, I did see it proc'ing from time to time after much testing

0.82 was beta profile. Only for tests. I got enough feedback so i remove it. I will lay out after the finishing touch.
