Only items that can be converted or desynthed will appear there, do you actually have items in your inventory which are 100% spiritbonded or you have skill to desynth?

Select include armory and see if they show up.

By default, the "Include Armory" is unchecked as a protection so people don't accidentally destroy all their gear.

Thanks for great addon that really helping me to desynth junk fishes.

Btw I notice that there is no HW's fishes name on item list by JP client.

All of the clients use the same list, it is just translated for appearance.
Items will only appear there if you have them and they can be desynthed, assuming those 2 things are true, I would need a more specific example.
