I agree with this... DA + Carve and Spit is mandatory IMO especially in the opener with potions active for example and also while Grit is off. Dark Passenger is not weaved into the oGCD rotation as well (currently being used only with DA in 3+ mob scenarios). There are also instances where the profile will cast DA into Delirium (dummies excluded) which is a waste. Your overall DPS will be around the lower-end percentile spectrum and even lower in A1S, A3S, Thordan. As reference, my DRK is currently ilvl209 (Crit) excluding pinks minus 210 Esoteric claymore and Savage chestpiece. I'm not that well-versed in the Skill Manger but still managed to make some of these changes/fixes on my own. All-in-all, the profile is still great for semi-auto playing in all endgame contents provided that you're toggling the filters.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that Filter 4 (Solo Unmend) is pretty useless. Might be better to change it to "Low Blow ON / Low Blow OFF" for toggling manual use of stunning for certain situations like A4S steaming leg.

About DP - i need some theorycrafting bout this.
About DA -> Delirium - thanks for issue. Will fix it with next release.

DA profile will be remaked after MNK and WAR. So after new year i think.

As for DRK theorycrafting...
DRK DPS rotation priority system (also applies while tanking):
Dark Passenger (DP) is more damage per MP than DA + Souleater. Priority for spending MP to DPS should be... DA + Carve & Spit (60secs CD) > DP without DA; preferably lined up with Delirium but not necessary (30secs CD) > DA + Souleater (No CD, should be MP Dump only).

As for why, when you sort by potency, it breaks down like this...
1) DA + Carve & Spit is 450 potency. Uses 1764 MP for an additional 350 potency compared to non-DA Carve and Spit's 100 potency. ***The most significant damaging ability a DRK has BUT on a 60secs CD. Using Carve & Spit every 60secs with no DA for a measly 100 potency and MP regen is pretty pathetic when DRK already has other means to gain MP without sacrificing massive damage outputs.***
2) Dark Passenger without DA is 150 potency. Only uses half the MP of DA (882 MP). If lined up with Delirium which is 280 potency, that's 430 potency which is more than a DA + Souleater and is more MP efficient.
3) DA + Souleater is 400 potency. Uses 1764 MP for an additional 140 potency compared to non-DA Souleater's 260 potency.

You can see that DP + Delirium actually gives more potency than DA + Souleater for half the MP cost... Dumping MP on DA + Souleater should only happen if Carve and Spit AND Dark Passenger are both on CD. Whether or not you line up DP with Delirium (ie. because of mid-fight mechanics/situations or whatever), that's still a 150 potency off global every 30secs which is pretty significant.

With that said, the rotation in this DRK profile probably needs some minor tweaking for weaving in oGCDs in order of DPS potency/utility importance while keeping the Scourge and Delirium debuffs up. The openers; however, needs a bit more work though (to maximize STR pot useage, blood weapon's effectiveness, and maximizing enmity at pull).

I would not mind trying to add the DA Carve and Spit bit but I have no skill with the manager.

On another note I just realized something odd. Against the final boss of Sastasha (Hard) the bot just kind of does an opening slash then Unmend and repeat. It was not broken as soon as I would target a Tentacle or Arm it would act normal again. However once returned to the Kraken it just repeats the Unmend spam.

That is what I do not really understand since you are able to reach the circle and attack normally, so I was wondering how the bot itself gets confused. (Pretty sure it is not profile related.)

I do not think edge of the circle = boss coords.

Then the idea is that it needs to somehow be told a boss is bigger in size or possess bigger area or be given multiple coords than one further away for it understands that in truth it is directly infront and not an at distance target?

(That probably is worded badly.)

The only problem that comes to my mind is I have yet to find another entity in the game that reacts the same as the kraken boss in Sastasha (Hard).

I've seen this issue only with kraken, so just remember it.
