First off, thanks much for your work on these profiles. They are nicely done! Hopefully you're still working with this one.
I just started looking into this profile, I generally run BLM manually. Here is some initial reactions, single target only.
Doesn't seem to be using an available proc (or both if it's your 30s enochian) before entering Ice phase. Is this intended?
Manually running blm, if your enochian timer was under 6 seconds you could always bliz3 > swiftcast > bliz4. That is, if the reasoning is that sometimes enochian would expire. Then again, if enochian recast is up there is no worry to use a Firestarter or Thundercloud and lose your buff. There is a lot of logic involved in running blm based on what procs/timers/swiftcast/convert/phase look like. It would make for probably too many chains in the profile to replicate. It seems like in a raid environment, when you switch target, interrupt cast, etc., it is normally chains in the profiles that cause the skillmanager lock ups and confusions.
Then there are the thunder procs. Manually, you might want to move the placement of a thundercloud if it is about to expire and you won't lose your fire rotation. You might also want to move the placement of a thunder 1 or bliz 1 filler if you have time on enochian and need a tick before a bliz4.
There is a filler priority too, if you have a thunder dot going then you'll cast bliz 1 as the filler.
Flare in the opener to replace one of the fire4's is a dps increase too. F3 > F1 > F4 > F4 > F4 > F4 > firestarter > SC Flare convert > F4 > B3
If you have the option to use one proc and have both, Thundercloud is the better choice always.

If my other profiles don't break with the 3.21 update, I'll revisit this profile and see if I can make it work with the limitation on multiple timer tracking again.

Is it true that Minion cant handle 3.0 Rotation? having something to do with the Enochian buff

The only thing the Skill Manager can't handle right now is tracking multiple buffs (or debuffs) requiring different timers under 1 action.
For example, let's say I have Fire IV in the skill manager and have it set so that it only casts if my Astral Fire III timer is >5s and my Enochian timer is >3s. In Skill Manager, it would group both Astral Fire III and Enochian together and you'd have to pick one for both buffs, either 5s or 3s. For a class like BLM where the IVs require you to watch both your Astral/Umbral and Enochian timers which have different requirements, limiting it to one timer becomes problemsome. Then add MP requirements, proc management, and ley lines speed buff, it becomes a nightmare to make sure everything works under 1 timer.
Edit: When I revisit this profile, I'll be writing it again completely from scratch, just looking at the Skill Manager list I have right now is giving me a headache due to me not remembering what my logic was for the checks.

I was thinking about re-vamping the buff check layout quite a bit due to this. Has gotten to a point where much more precision is needed, and only having 2 options is just not cutting it.

that would be great man i kinda stoped playing my blm since i cant produce the dps i need for savage with assist mode i kinda refuse to play the game with out assist lol
