Hi there. I've got a noob question and I'm trying to search for it all over the forums but I can't seem to find it. How do I move the toggle buttons? Thanks! It's kind of blocking my UIs and it's making it hard for me to use it.

Just press and hold with left click a few pixels to the side of buttons (you should see a light shade) and move it to where you want

Omni means it will ignore the positionals when it uses skills. It's for bosses that you can't reach the back.
