cards work fine if u set your cards up .. try opening the cards ui.
It seems to ignore all of my setting for the cards, maybe I'm doing something wrong? It'll draw them, but it wont cast them on who you select in the settings.
unless u give setting detailscant help you.

I notice when I mouse over the tank buster there are instances and ID's listed. Are these default, or must I add them into the text field manually?

If I set a card to both 'hold' and to be used on party member X, it always holds the card in combat before using it right away. Is this supposed to happen? Wouldn't something like "if in combat and gonna use card anyway 1 second later, don't hold it but use it right away" make sense?

sounds like you not set it up right. You can always download my settings via discord - I have even written a guide.
