HQ Chance is around 85-100% depending on the condition + HQ mats.

Comfort Zone, Steady Hand II, Piece by Piece, Innovation, Byregot's Blessing, Ingenuity II, Tricks of Trade, Manupulation II (65 ClassQuest) and you have to be a specialist .

Its possible with 534 CP but then you need around 1432 craftmanship and the last step have be a careful synthesis II. You reach our stats with full 290er gear almost penta melded.
