    I have it enabled under the options, and i have the shortcut setup for left control + left shift + left mb. I open the map, and nothing happens when i do the shortcut?

    Is the area you are in meshed? Do you have paranoid enabled and there are people around you?

    Control, alt and shift combos have been bugged for quiet some time. Try using a diff key combo and it will be fine.
