Do I need to install? Just these 3?
Have the latest updates for Windows installed.
Install Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime
Install Microsoft Visual c++ 2010 redist x86
Install Microsoft Visual c++ 2012 redist x86

you hit hte start button. You need to make a thread in the support section, you need to answer the questions in the Sticky, and make sure you are pointing the bot to the ffxiv.exe and not ffxiv11.exe
