    So I've checked:
    • Basic Details: Applies (De-)Buff
    • Target: Skill Target - Player
    • Player Buffs: Missing Buffs - ID

    The problem is it's still turning on the Oath, then it comes right back off. It just spams it over and over. Did I miss something through this thread?
