Advanced Settings -> SkillManager -> click on skill -> uncheck "Enabled".
but it doesn't change much.

basically:
we need something that will make the 3.0 rotation work even if Raging Strikes is on cooldown.
so for example:
our character has Enochian up -> do the Fire / Fire III / Fire IV casts, change to Blizzard III -> Blizzard IV to refresh Enochian like it already does (if you are able to stand still untill the full rotation is completed)


at the moment:
no Raging Strikes available -> 3.0 rotation stucks on Thunder / Blizzard cast.
moving during 3.0 rotation -> lucky it works / unlucky see above

I think BLM rotation is very complicated. As we see there is only one around Kyle doing lol :)
