ok you guys are messing with me lol, I see now, it's not even showing the profiles in the NEW folder, i.e.
C:\mmominion\Bots\FFXIVMinion\LuaMods\Questing\QuestProfiles

I moved the new 2.0 profiles back into the 'old' folder, i.e. C:\mmominion\Bots\FFXIVMinion\LuaMods\ffxivminion\QuestProfiles
and now they show up again :)

either way i'd definitely remove having the old ones downloaded by the updater :)
