Radiant Shield is an AOE buff on the party, despite what the tooltip says. It's *really* strong on trash pulls because it deals a lot of damage on everything hitting the tank. You can verify this by popping it manually when it's near the tank --- you'll see the buff come up on everyone around Ifrit. They changed it to this AOE buff a while back.
