Tried my profile.
Tried reloading old skill manager and using a different profile

as soon as bot is turned 'on' it spams cooldowns, regardless of filter checks, etc.
Also - made a profile with only 2 skills for bard that uses only venomous bite if the target is missing buff, and then only uses heavy shot. (in that order) and it only spams venomous bite.
