Currently working through this as well to find out where the lag comes from. With the lag, the profile won't switch between cleric stance correctly. So far I've found that I get no lag (or not that I notice) using this profile: http://www.mmominion.com/Thread-Tweaked-Scholar-profile

Turning off the skills so far isn't turning out much luck, but I'll keep going and update if I find something.
