You don't have to start off the combo with Suiton, however I still can't get duality into trick attack since my lag keeps me from using Raiton properly, if you could implement a filter for Fuma that would be AWESOME!

Also it seems to not use kassatsu on cooldown.

The kassatsu issue happens when you use suiton by yourself on the opener as your very first skill. havent found a way to get that to work properly myself :/

Kassatsu yourself on opener is ideal, however it's not necessary to achieve a top parse (coming from an i210 NIN). What is an issue is that even without using Suiton in opener, it will leave Kassatsu off cooldown for quite some time, I'm assuming until the ideal 'opener' comes up again, however it stays off cooldown long enough to the point that it's a DPS loss and needs to be cast manually.

The only issue that I'm experiencing on a regular now is that when having Filters 1,2,3,5 enabled, it will use the opener, but instead of Raiton, it will use Suiton after Trick Attack > Kassatsu, which is causing a major DPS loss. This is an issue that came up after the new versions came out and wasn't with 3.01

In short, the two most PIVOTAL things that I see that need to be addressed are:

Adding a filter for Fuma Shuriken instead of Raiton, and fixing Suiton casting instead of Raiton / Fuma on opener.
