High CP requirement, Very high HQ rate from NQ
Level 60 1 Star , using elemental brands. Not exactly the fastest but with 13 HT on 1 Stars I can just walk away for awhile.
Never tried on GSM or CUL as they would need to cross class an element Name/Brand
