I get the movement issues without any mods or changes to the settings. I am using standard everything, keyboard and mouse. The char will randomly turn around instantly then turn back forward and continue. Its very strange. Also in many places around the world, when you are gathering, while the char is moving to the target location it takes the most strange paths sometimes and looks very robotic. Like turning instantly 90 degrees and then continue. Maybe this is a mesh issue but I have no idea.
