1. Leeches Prio
During mass pulls, or hectic moments, the profile will give leeches priority over healing. If your tank drops to 20% but has a debuff on, it'll try and remove this before casting a heal.
2. Swiftcast Res Break
Swiftcast res works most of the time and it only appears to be a problem within 8 man groups from what I can see. However if someone dies, it'll cast swiftcast and sometimes just stop, or cast a heal by mistake. After this happens, the profile will refuse to continue at all and no more actions will be done until you manually cast a heal or two. Or perhaps a max range on the swiftcast to prevent it from firing for players out of range?
3. Unable to use action
I haven't been able to see what this skill is yet, however now and then when targeting the tank/another player it'll just start spamming that it can't use a skill.
1. I would imagine HP% check on leeches would prevent that.
2. Changing swiftcast+rez to macro (if possible haven't tested) would keep it from hanging as it would execute and just move on.
3. Change your attacks (e.g. bio maisma) under target > player target > from any to enemy. I would assume that is your issue there.
