Earlier I thought it was because of fly bug, but now, that's been fixed it still doesnt get to the spot.

Basically, it is having trouble at times loading the navigation mesh, leading to the bot being stuck. It is currently being investigated and worked on by the development team. Check out those threads and check to see if it matches your experience, as well as adding any useful information to help them.
