Downloaded all updated ones, Now when I turn bot on it starts the craft and just idles,
 i'm not sure if it is cause of my stats which are as follows.  craftsmanship 1009, Control 980, CP 472 with food. 
I have tried both 3 star 437&469 and can't seem to find the problem.
Starts the craft then does not do step one.

Do you have Maker's Mark cross classed, Try the craft on BSM too to make sure, i just tested the profiles and they worked fine.

Unrelated but also i found a flaw in some of the 3 star profile that could cause them to complete early. Ill post update in a few hours.

This was on BSM Followed by GSM As of now though its working but doing a double carful synthesis and completing it ^^ but I can manually fix that. Only had to happen once before I fixed it
