Took me a bit of digging as I couldn't find an exact guide for 64 bit on hunting just one specific monster (i.e. Fleece grinding with Karkuls). Whereas 32 bit, I found it far easier to make my own nav mesh and add a particular whitelist for that mesh. Anyways, figured it out for 64 bit.
Set bot to Grind with your generic map mesh
Under MMOMINION tab, got to Lists.
From Lists you can select Mob Whitelist or Blacklist.
Whitelist your chosen mob and watch it go to work.
