I have two questions about FIsh Profile.

The first question.
About the time indicated by ["eorzeamaxhour"].
For example, if I want to specify the time between ET 16: 00 and ET 23: 59,
When creating Fish Profile, the start time is ET: 16: 00
["eorzeaminhour"] = 16;
I understand this.

However, I'm not sure if the end time ["eorzeamaxhour"] shows up to what time.
If [eorzeamaxhour] = 23;
Does it mean ET 23: 00?
Or does it mean up to ET 23: 59?
Which one is correct?

The second question.
I have Profile created when I am 32bit version.
That Profile was described as "Fish task without time/weather designation" and "Fish task with time/weather designation" in the same Fish Profile and it worked normally.

However, when using the Profile in the 64 bit version,
Only "fish task without time/weather designation" is executed.
and "Fish task with time/weather designation" is not executed.
How can I make the "Fish task with time/weather designation" work?
