Just pushed a big update to the custom mesh, Kugane Tower should be ok even if you don't have 60 fps. A lot of tp's are now legit jumps, and the most difficult ones should not fail more than 1 time now. BUT, for sure if you play in background with 15 fps, no way it works!

Now, let's move forward, concerning the new 4.1 sights, im going to add the time condition, db's i found on the net share now the same info. All new sights should be up in a few days.
