Grind - Stops working on MCH

Hi all,

Just started yesterday. I start GRIND on my Machinist and it will just sit there, target a mob and either do no actions at all or just auto-attack. Nothing else. It's driving me nuts, as this is my last job I'm grinding to 70.

What can I look at to resolve the issue? Devil
