If you queue as a full group certain things change.
1) You can use a non standard party configuration.
2) You can leave duty without penalty.
3) If you have a penalty from leaving a different dungeon, you can still queue up as a full party.
4) No one will be able to join in progress.
The reason is because if you queue as a full group, you're not using duty finder and if you're not using duty finder none of the rules pertaining to duty finder apply.
