Those are the only options on and blizzard is also enabled btw. Live works perfectly for me beta just doesn't want to work I don't know what can be causing this behavior.

Well I found a fix I guess. Apparently if I have the beta minions folder inside the same directory as my live version the bot won't attack no idea what's causing this.

Example if I have:
C:\Minnion\FFXIV_Updater and C:\Minnion\FFXIV_Updater_beta

It won't work I just put the betas folder in another directory. Thanks for trying to help.
