It is. You have to remove the TaskManager folder from the LUAMods section (and then reload) to get Grind to work properly afterwards.
I would rather deal with the slight inconvenience, though. This addon is a godsend for the animus books. Thank you for making it despite some telling you that it isn't worth the time. :)
