make sure the bot is installed in to C:\minion

Is that so important?

I have the Minion installed in an FF XIV Subfolder

But all other things in your list are ok, must be that.

first you never want to install the bot in the ffxiv subfolder ever! safty reasons for your account. 2nd you never want to be in a windows sub folder says so right in the setup guide. permission issues. always in a folder in the base drive.
