I have tried your profile and sound good but swiftcast + raise wont work.....

hi it's works. ive been in run where the dps died, pop swiftcast -> then raise.

the only time it wont work is....I dont have enough mana for the raise,

then idk why wont work me....anyway i find another thing while im doing fate with filter 2 on and filter 1 off.
usualy use swiftcast for cast virus or stone 2 why?

When doing fate I usually turn filter 1 off; turn filter 2 on.

I dont know why swiftcast is bugged on yours. You see, in my skill profile there is only 1 swiftcast, which is number 4

The only way bot will execute swiftcast is when there's dead party as you see above, and right below the swiftcast, there is "Raise", again with Dead party trigger. So when there's dead party bot will
swiftcast -> raise

Of course if there are not enough mana, or the dead party member is out of your range, then it will
swiftcast -> and stop here

Swiftcast->raise combo will never get executed unless there's dead party member

Virus is plain and simple: only casted on boss (or mob with big hp), and keep doing that as long as the skill is usable.
