This works incredibly well, I think this has pretty much closed the gap on manual vs assisted play to be indistinguishable.
Some oGCD skills not working OOC even when Any is selected. Darkside and Plunge to be specific.
I must set them oGCD to false in order to get them to work. I don't know if this is intentional.
The same happens while in combat and using two oGCD skills in a chain, the second skill must be set to oGCD false in order to get it to work.
Chains tested with Dark Arts combos.
If there's a possibility you will have to use an offGCD skill during the GCD, then yes, you need to set it to false to kill the offGCD checks. Entirely intentional, since this is not the norm.
With queueing allowed it will randomly work fast enough to actually cast some skills fast enough that it can cast it twice before the client registers it has casted it once and sets it on cooldown.
I don't play black mage really, so that's up for you guys to figure out. New SkillManager will be getting pushed out later, so I hope everybody's kept up.
