Yes it does.
At this stage im considering releasing it even tho the 50+ grind and navigation is not ready.
Only 2 or 3 quests will be affected by the navigation but all classes above 50 will be affected by grinding.
As much as id like it working on release we have no eta on when this will be fixed and i get asked when every other day.

the thing that will unlock all 3.0 content is the release of the fly in the bot i guess, so we are all waiting for it to be released
