Wow. Is it legit? It really flies?
Where can I find a tutorial for this?
Edit:
Nevermind it's flying but how do I make it fly higher than what it currently can go?

you post a reason why and where and ill see if i can block out some cubes in that area.
custom heights arnt supported because its all controlled directly by the bot

Would appreciate some guidance on the new flying system as well. Just been finding bits and pieces of information scattered around.

No instructions should be needed ..
Meshes are downloaded automatically
If you can fly in a zone it will.

Using the usual marker setup for gathering will not make it fly in my case. It'll simply run/sprint/mount from node to node.
I tried my hand at the "NavTest" mode but it will not let me toggle the "Use Flight" option.
For reference this was in the Sea of Clouds. Some guidance would be appreciated.

Are you using the proper mesh and not one of you own? If so it wont link the cube files used for flying to your own mesh. You should switch or record your own cubes. You shouldn't be using NavTest.

- it will now fly up/down when the target point was exactly above/below the char
- it will find a path to the target where before it had trouble when the path went from a polygone to a cube in some cases
Does this mean it wont just drop as is its hitting the dismount key when its above gathering markers every time or not?

Wow you guys are amazing.... its working gd for my markers so far... just 2 things i noticed if i tried to fly to markers after entering the hinterlands tried to run back into idly and just stands there but when i got closer to my markers works fine... Also is there something i have to check if i am using a different mount cause now if i use my dire wolf he just keeps jumping like hes tryin to fly...... Thanks again for the great work
edit: ok i did notice something and not sure if has to do with new mesh updates but when an emphemeral node is active it wont let me gather my node until i go gather the emphemeral node first. had to stop bot go gather node and turn bot back on.

I haven't tried my hand at using my own mesh, so it could only be the default mesh. Are there any other settings I should be looking for, such as mounting options, rebuilding mesh or anything of the sort?
I just can't seem to be able to get it to work.

I just try flying in Coaerthos and it's still crash a lot. Was setting it up to mining Mythrite Ore.

As stated in the update notes the reason the height is capped is to reduce the number of CUBES. If you let the bot go as high as it wants and that path is not required you are creating a more bloated product. It requires the bot to account for the additional unneeded space which brings a whole host of problems. Simplicity is always key especially when you are running a program along side another. Very very good job on the flying integration.
I spent 8 hrs straight, while sleeping ofc, letting my toon free roam Coerthas Western Highlands on F.A.T.E. grinds. Flawless. No crashes, no sticking points. It's time for that class quest I was speaking of earlier. I shall report when I have accomplished it.
