Speaking for myself, the staff has done a really great job at working with the community to help fix the lingering issues. I always make a point of doing the content that I really don't need the bot for first like the Main Story Line and Side Quests. By the time I knock that stuff out the bot is usually good to go in some working order.

The default skill profile for the warrior is
still broken and I get 0 support help with it. I'm already question myself - why should I pay if no one even bothers to give a simple answer.

I suggest you learn how to use the Skill Manager to edit the profiles on your own, or create your own profiles. It's pretty easy to use without requiring a background in coding. The other "bot" doesn't have something like this where you can create your own profile with ease.
According to your History, it looks like you're complaining about Maim not being used. Click "Maim" in the profile and check the conditionals. The only conditionals for it should be "Previous Combo Skill ID - 31" and Player Buffs -> Missing Buffs 85 for <5 seconds. What this does is that it will only cast Maim if the previous combo used was Heavy Swing (31) and if you're missing the buff for Maim (85) or the buff has less than 5 seconds remaining.
Don't know the IDs associated to skills/buffs/debuffs? Use xivdb.com. Here are the examples used.

http://xivdb.com/status/85/Maim
The ID is in the link.

Thanks, that's helpful.

The problem is not only about Maim. Basically, level 50 warrior and the skill rotation is just 3 basic skills. That's plain wrong. I'm expecting that default skill profiles while might not be perfect but at least are not dumbed down to spamming 3-skill combo all the time...

I took a look at the default warrior profile for Maim. For whatever reason, the profile requires Filter 1 to be OFF as a conditional for it to be used.
Edit: In fact, if you want it to use the majority of skills, it requires pretty much all Filters to be OFF
Edit2: Also the storm path combo chain requires that your target has atleast 1.5x more max HP than you to be used.

Where is an explanation of all the terms and conditionals used in skill manager? Trying to edit some profiles but it's a bit of a pain when I open them in notepad and don't know what to enable/disable and what it is called. Didn't see anything on the wiki, do you know where something like that is at?

This probably best reference to some of the stuff:
http://www.mmominion.com/thread-12471.html
Though using notepad to edit profiles isn't really ideal. Use the skill manager itself.

Strange... That stuff really should be on wiki...
