I have set up the bot by adding the username and password, and activated.

Hum, that's really strange, you should not have 2 default channels.
It's like you validated your account twice.

ya i am unable to use it now says i need to log out character first but im not even on it its site side

Can you provide a little more details ? Like where you get the error, a screenshot, and maybe a way for me to try to reproduce the error.

Sometimes when you close your game the connection remains. Try to close the MinionApp and if it's still don't work reboot your computer.
I will look if there is another issue that could cause this.
