So i'm pretty novice when it comes to Ninjas. I use the ACR and that's about the extent I go as far as this class goes however, last night I was in a dungeon and somone started critiquing what I was doing because I guess I Doton'd (STD he said) on a boss. Later I started watching some youtube videos to understand the class better and it said you should never single target doton. Any reason why the ACR did? or was the guy mistaken about what he saw lol

I have never seen Haru use Doton on a single target from the outset. I've been using this ACR since it came out. Jutsu use is nearly always on point. The only time when it uses aoe jutsu on a single target is if it casts and all but the remaining mobs die before the jutsu is used. Seen it with Katon, but hardly ever.

I also was hoping to see a positional assister like the one in the sting addon. But I have enjoy this add every since it came out

No need for a positional assister. Move into the flanking position when you see Armor Crush is heading towards the time you set in your ACR profile. Make sure omni is off and move to the back for Trick Attack after Suiton.

you should disable "Dancing Edge" if you want to use the Bot in the same group as a Warrior.

"HARU" application is not applied in FFXIV_KR MINNION one day before.
Is it because of 4.0 patching?

is working fine have your click on ACR and change it to HaruSB and not HaruHW?
