Either the bot pass by nodes without noticing, or finish to get killed by crabs / helborn all around :x
I've had issues with the bot passing by nodes for several materials. I solved the issue by editing the GatherProfile .lua files with updated locations for the nodes. In some cases, e.g. Gyr Abanian Wheat in The Fringes and Koppranickel Sand in The Peaks, one set of coordinates will be some way off the actual location of the nodes, resulting in 1-2 missed nodes per rotation. This can result in the bot constantly running in circles between the three locations gathering nothing, because the two sets of nodes that it has already completed won't respawn until you hit the third set of nodes.
If you navigate to [i]\MINIONAPP\Bots\FFXIVMinion64\LuaMods\ffxivminion\GatherProfiles[i] and open the .lua file for the material you're after, you'll see three sets of coordinates throughout the file. Each set of coordinates corresponds to a location where a pair of nodes will spawn.
If you pause the bot and manually move to the nodes that the bot is missing, click 'MMOMinion', then 'FFXIVMinion', then 'Markers', it will open the 'MarkerManager' window. Make sure the 'Manage' tab is open and 'Single Marker' is selected in the top drop-down (Marker Mode) and then click the 'Create New Marker' button at the bottom. You'll now see the coordinates for your current position.
Find the set of coordinates in the GatherProfile .lua file closest to the coordinates in MarkerManager and replace them (X, Y, Z and H).
Save the file, click 'Reload Lua' and then start the bot again.
Assuming you updated the correct set of coordinates, your bot shouldn't miss the nodes anymore.
If you're dying to enemies, I can't really offer a solution here. As I understand it, that's up to the mesh creator to identify and mark areas to avoid due to the presence of enemies.
