Make sure to buy a ton of bait if you plan on fishing for long periods. Have them in your inventory before you start. You can go nonstop from 25-50 if you have enough bait. You don't need to buy many lures. I recommend buying all the bait you need before you start so there is less running around later.

Crayfish Ball - Fieldcraft Supplier at Hawker's Alley in Limsa Lominsa.
Crow Fly - Junkmonger in Upper La Noscea (Left Side).
Crab Ball - Merchant & Mender at Camp Skull Valley in Western La Noscea.
Spoon Worm - Merchant & Mender in Costa Del Sol.
Herring Ball - Merchant & Mender in Costa Del Sol.
Glowworm - Merchant & Mender at Saint Coinach's Find in Mor Dhona or Whitebrim Front in Coerthas.
Hoverworm - Merchant & Mender at Whitebrim Front in Coerthas.

FYI, on 45-50 profile you have Mithril Lure set to be used on all the markers but only will work on 1 marker I believe. It's the wrong kind of bait to be using since the rest of the markers are in the ocean.

Your 25-30 lists Costa Del Sol with Iron Jig, but the Iron Jig is a lvl 32 bait.
