are you running grind mode or party-grind? Party grind will just follow the leader around like a lost puppy. grind mode is what you want

I'm using Party grind mode. It's glitching a lot I must say.
Leader should be on Grind mode and the rest on Party Grind?

no just put everyone on grind mode.
