When I click to open the GUI launcher it opens a separate window to open a file. What should I be doing?
I apologize if this should be obvious, I couldn't find anything after searching the forums.

Ahh I didnt have .exe files displayed so wasnt seeing it >.>

in the folder that pops up when you run the launcher for the first time.
