no its already been stated several times you do not need to replace the lua files, you just need to run the profiles. The core bot has been wrote in a way to run this dungeon. Just run the MT,OT,BRD,BLM,Healer. profiles. Still why do you ask about bard if your tank is the one dieing?

In my case, both OT and MT just stopped doing things after every dive/bodyslam. Had to stop/start the tanks to get things going again.

Any suggestion as to what I should look into?

for HM or EX soul-drive? because i think someone posted a new ot/mt profiles for HM. Ex works great with OP stuff.

2 PAL. 1 MT. 1 OT.
1 SCH. HEALS
1 WHM. HEALS
4 BLM. MAGIC.

BARDS etc use the physical file.

Ran with your profiles, sebbs. 8 hours and still going almost flawlessly. Sometimes, one of the tanks would step into Hysteria and walk off the platform. It doesn't happen often enough to the point where it needs babysitting. Most of the times, my bots could get through with just one tank.

need melee but casters having it ticked doesnt hurt.
