It's not really possible due to the skill manager not being able to track timers for multiple buffs, so it's almost impossible to properly use Thunder/Fire procs within an Enochian rotation which is what end game/raid blm is all about.
I do remember seeing Ace mention somewhere that multi buff tracking was something that was being worked out and I think that's why hxx112 stopped updating his profile, but I don't think it would have ever been high on the priority list.
