I used to run my bot all the time without it being enabled, for cut scene skipping and radar.  But now when I just have it attached (not even enabled) I constantly get micro freezes in the game where it locks up for less than a second, which is rather frustrating when you are running dungeons.  I did try this on two different systems my graphics settings are set to Standard Desktop (2x GTX770's in SLI), it doesn't seem to matter if I am inside my house or in the middle of quarrymill.  When this happens my in game frame rate counter drops to 10 FPS or below from a capped 60 FPS.

Any idea what I can do to make the bot usable for my gameplay?

Edit: Figured I would see what happens when I disable rendering. No difference.
