What I mean is that Instant cast skills like Transpose are late and not cast in time (they are late 1 cast). Here's an example of the order I want to be cast:

Blizzard
Blizzard
Transpose (instant cast skill)
Fire

And what is cast in reality:
Blizzard
Blizzard
Fire
Transpose (instant cast skill)

The instant cast skill is always being late 1 cast (it happens with summoner Fester too). It's probably delay to the server.
